Introduction

By continuing your association with ECN Properties as an Associate& above, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and privileges, without prior notice.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws without regard to its conflicts of law principles. By continuing your association with ECN Properties, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Your compliance with these terms is essential to maintaining a professional and ethical environment within ECN Properties

Terms & Conditions

• All associates& above are expected to uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and adhere to the company's values and policies.
• Engaging A any activity that goes against the company's discipline, values, or interests is strictly prohibited.
• Any individual found involved in such activities will have their account terminated or blocked without prior notice.
• Associates & above are prohibited from engaging A any business or activity that competes with ECN Properties during their association and for a specified period after termination.
• All confidential and proprietary information obtained during your association must be kept confidential, both during and after your tenure.
• Associates & above are not allowed to provide benefits, monetary or otherwise, to members of other teams within the office environment that could compromise the fairness and integrity of the company's operations.
• Violations of this policy will lead to immediate termination or blocking of the account without any prior notice.
• Associates & above who hold leadership positions or have achieved a certain rank within ECN Properties cannot simultaneously hold leadership positions or engage in similar roles in any other real estate organization, network marketing ompany, or related business.
• If evidence of dual association is found, the individual's account will be terminated on the spot without prior notice.
• ECN will reserves the right to terminate or block the account of any rank holder or associate at its sole discretion, based on violation of the company's policies, values, or interests. rtermination or account blocking may occur without any prior notice, especially in cases of serious policy violations or breaches of ethical conduct.
• ECN Properties may revise these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion. It is your responsibility to regularly review and comply with the most current version of these terms.
